A domestic dispute on Labor Day in Ontario County resulted in the arrest of a 51-year-old Farmington man.
According to an investigation by the Sheriff’s Office, Terry Lucero physically pushed a woman to the ground in the presence of her 14-year-old son. It is alleged that when the teen tried to get in between the suspect and victim, Lucero grabbed the 14-year-old by the arm and twisted it backwards before grabbing the back of the teen’s neck and walked him into a closet.
Lucero was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
