The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Farmington man on a bench warrant.
The warrant was issued for Musa Konneh’s arrest after he allegedly failed to appear in Victor Town Court for several vehicle and traffic violations.
The 34-year-old Konneh was transported to the Ontario County Jail where he was held for arraignment at CAP Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
