A Farmington man is facing charges following the investigation into a disturbance that occurred at a residence on State Route 96.
Julio Huertas is accused of striking another person in the face, which resulted in the victim being injured. Huertas was charged with assault.
Following his arraignment, the 62-year-old Huertas was released on an appearance ticket for Farmington Town Court.
