A Farmington man was arrested Saturday night in Wayne County for allegedly driving drunk.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, Daniel Moraldo was driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. After being placed into custody, Moraldo refused to submit to a chemical test.
Moraldo was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, refusal to submit to a PBT, and an equipment violation for no working license plate lamps.
Moraldo was brought to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
