SHARE NOW

The investigation into a family trouble complaint in Ontario County has resulted in the arrest of a Clifton Springs woman.

The arrest of Kiarra Robinson was a result of an investigation into a fight that occurred at 31 East Main Street. It was determined that Robinson allegedly had gotten into a physical altercation with another family member while in an intoxicated condition. Children under the age of 17 were present and witnessed the altercation. Robinson is also accused of following law enforcement commands and attempting to flee from the police.

The 25-year-old Robinson was transported to Ontario County Jail where she was held to await CAP arraignment.

Deputies reported the incident to Child Protective Services.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
