On Friday, June 23rd, 2024, at 8:51 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Adam J. Paulson, age 41, of Fairport, NY, following a theft complaint. It was determined that Paulson had stolen merchandise from Walmart. While conducting the investigation, it was discovered that Paulson was intoxicated and had driven to the store. Paulson was charged with one count of petit larceny, one count of driving a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or higher, and one count of driving while intoxicated. The driving while intoxicated charges were upgraded to felonies due to Paulson having prior convictions of driving while intoxicated. Jeffery was issued an appearance ticket to return to the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date.
