State Police have arrested an Elmira man on rape charges.
Theodore Pack the Third was arrested following an investigation into an alleged incident that happened in the town of Southport on May 31st. In addition to rape, the 29-year-old was charged with unlawful imprisonment and misdemeanor assault.
Following his arraignment, Pack was sent to the Chemung County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.
