A Geneva man was arrested by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office following the investigation into a one-car crash Monday afternoon.
When deputies arrived on the scene, they found the car Adam Watson was driving in the ditch on State Route 245 near Bagley Road. Deputies say the 33-year-old displayed signs of intoxication and was placed through a series of standardized field sobriety tests. Watson was subsequently arrested and transported to the Yates County Public Safety Building for administration of a chemical test.
After being charged with DWI, DWI BAC of 0.08% or greater, speeding and moving from lane unsafely, Watson was released on appearance tickets for Middlesex Town Court.
