Dundee Women Accused of Endangering Incompetent/Physically Disabled Person

Two Dundee women will appear in court following an incident in the parking lot of the Canandaigua Walmart.

63-year-old Vicky Mcfall and 25-year-old Kaylee Mcfall were accused of leaving an incompetent and physically disabled person alone in a car for approximately 30 minutes on Thursday before a concerned citizen called the police.

The Mcfalls were each charged with endangering the welfare and will appear in Hopewell Town Court at a later date.
