A Dundee woman is facing multiple charges stemming from an incident that happened early Thursday morning in the town of Starkey.
Andrea Bailey is accused of subjecting another person to injuries while an Order of Protection was in place. She is also accused of damaging the victim’s phone, which prevented him from contacting police.
The 36-year-old was charged with criminal contempt, criminal mischief, assault, aggravated family offense and burglary of a dwelling-causing injury
Bailey was being held at the Yates County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
