Dundee Woman Accused of Driving on a Suspended License

A Dundee woman was ticketed by Penn Yan Police following a traffic stop in the Yates County village.

Aubrey Asbrand was observed by police driving on Brown Street while allegedly having a suspended driver’s license. A traffic stop was initiated and Asbrand was cited for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Asbrand was released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
