A Dundee man will appear in Tyrone Town Court following his arrest by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office.
61-year-old Joey Johnston was charged with harassment following the investigation into a complaint on Mill Street in Tyrone.
Johnston was arraigned in Schuyler County CAP Court and was released to appear in Tyrone Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
