A Dundee man is facing a harassment charge following an alleged incident on New Year’s Day.
It is alleged that 35-year-old Brien Bergmark subjected another person to unwanted physical contact during a dispute.
Bergmark was released on an appearance ticket
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
