A Dundee man has been arrested on charges of harassment and endangering the welfare of a child following an incident that happened Wednesday in Starkey.
35-year-old Ronald Allen, Junior, is accused of subjecting another person to unwanted physical contact while in the presence of a minor under the age of 18.
Allen was brought to Yates County Jail to await CAP arraignment
