A Dundee man was arrested by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office Thursday on a warrant.
The warrant was issued for 32-year-old Ethan Bailey’s arrest following an investigation into an alleged order of protection violation that took place earlier this month.
Bailey was charged with criminal contempt and was brought to the Yates County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
