A Dundee man has been arrested on a warrant issued out of Penn Yan Village Court for allegedly writing a bad check to a local business.
Police say the check that Richard Fritz wrote was for $12,314.40.
Fritz was charged with grand larceny and issuing a bad check and will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
