A Dundee man was arrested by Penn Yan Police following a traffic stop in the Yates County village.
A DMV check of his license revealed Dustin Anderson’s license was allegedly suspended on August 17th for failure to answer a summons out of the village of Watkins Glen.
A traffic stop was initiated and Anderson was issued a ticket to release in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
