A Dundee man was charged with several felonies after Prenn Yan Police received multiple calls of an erratic-acting man who had stolen alcohol from a village business.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found Andrew Hoh had allegedly entered a business, taken a beer from a cooler, and started to drink it. It was later determined the 35-year-old had been allegedly driving drunk and without insurance, registration, or license plates. Hoh’s license had also been suspended because of a prior DWI conviction. After placing him into custody, it is alleged Hoh physically fought with officers on multiple occasions and damaged a patrol car along with other police property.
Hoh was charged with DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation, and criminal mischief, all felonies. He was also charged with misdemeanor harassment, petit larceny, and obstructing governmental administration.
