A domestic incident between two Dundee residents resulted in the arrest of both.
According to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office, 51-year-old Shawn Martz and 35-year-old Andrea Bailey were found to be in violation of duly served orders of protection. Both were charged with criminal contempt. Martz was also charged with harassment for alleged unwanted physical contact.
Martz and Bailey were brought to the Yates County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
