SHARE NOW

Investigators with the Finger Lakes Drug Task Force arrested two people following a cocaine seizure in the City of Auburn.

Authorities executed a court-authorized search warrant on Wednesday at a residence occupied by 40-year-old Greda White, of Auburn, and 41-year-old Kevin Fuller, of Rochester. During the search, investigators located and secured 47 grams of cocaine, digital scales, and drug paraphernalia used for the packaging and distribution of narcotics. A quantity of U.S. currency was also seized at the scene.

Both White and Fuller were charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (Intent to Sell) and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (Weight), both class B felonies.

The defendants were transported to the Cayuga County Jail for Centralized Arraignment Proceedings. The Cayuga County District Attorney’s Office is requesting that both individuals be held in custody, noting that White has two previous felony convictions and Fuller has three.

The Finger Lakes Drug Task Force is comprised of members from the New York State Police, the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, and the Auburn Police Department.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
