A Farmington man whose license had been suspended 16 times was arrested Tuesday night for allegedly driving a car with a suspended registration.
During their roadside investigation, it was discovered that 40-year-old Stephen Youngs’ license was suspended a total of 16 times. Additionally, Youngs had an outstanding warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Youngs was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
