Rink collided with the rear-end of a car stopped in traffic. That impact force the car that was struck into another vehicle that was stopped in front of it.
Two passengers in the first vehicle struck suffered minor injuries. They were taken to Strong Memorial Hospital by Wayne County EMS.
Rink was not injured and was issued a ticket to appear in Walworth Town Court at a later date.
