A Monroe County man was ticketed after allegedly causing a two-car accident on State Route 96 in the town of Victor on Saturday.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, Stephen Voll, of Pittsford, pulled out of a driveway and directly into the path of a northbound car driven by a 20-year-old Canandaigua woman.
Voll was not injured but the driver of the other car and a passenger were taken to Thompson Hospital by Victor Farmington EMS for treatment of foot, chest, and neck pain.
Voll was ticketed for failure to yield.
Police say all three people involved in the accident were wearing their seatbelts.
