A Sunday afternoon accident in Yates County resulted in the driver being ticketed. Jack Donahue of Canandaigua was driving on Middle Road in the town of Potter when he failed to negotiate a curve causing the car to leave the road.
The 28-year-old was treated at the scene for minor injuries by Middlesex Ambulance.
Donahue was ticketed for speeding and failure to keep right, charges he will answer in Potter Town Court at a later date.
