Three people escaped serious injury after being involved in a one-car accident on Vine Valley Road in the town of Middlesex.
According to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office, 21-year-old Dylan McDonald, of Middlesex, failed to negotiate a curve near Glenn Avenue and went off the east side of the road, where his car struck the ditch and the vehicle came to rest. McDonald and his two passengers, 22-year-old Rylan Woodhams and 19-year-old Gina Rossi, both of Rushville, were checked over at the scene by Middlesex Ambulance personnel and released.
McDonald was ticketed for speeding and an unsafe lane change.
