A driver involved in a two-car accident Thursday at the intersection of County Road 13 and Kendall Street in Clifton Springs was ticketed for failure to yield.
Mohan Rao, of Pittsford, is accused of failing to yield at the intersection and pulling out in front of Teri Dagnesi, of Clifton Springs, resulting in a collision. Rao was taken to Clifton Springs Hospital by Finger Lakes Ambulance for a checkover.
Rao will appear in court at a later date.
The Clifton Springs Fire Department helped at the scene.
