One of the drivers involved in a violent two-car crash at the intersection of Fisher Road and State Route 104 in the town of Ontario was ticketed.

Robert Rabideau, of Fort Myers, Florida, is accused of failing to yield when he pulled into the intersection and was struck by an eastbound car on 104 driven by Angel Gabriel, of Williamson. Rabideau’s car ended up on its side after the collision, which saw both cars come to rest in the center median of State Route 104.

Rabideau’s front-seat passenger, Karen Cabic, was taken to Rochester General Hospital with minor injuries. Another passenger refused treatment at the scene. Gabriel had three passengers. She and her front-seat passenger were also taken to Rochester General Hospital with minor injuries. Two children, ages five and six, were checked over by EMS on scene and released. Rabideau was ticketed for failing to yield the right way.

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office was assisted on the scene by Ontario Ambulance, Williamson Ambulance, Wayne County ALS, and the Ontario Fire Department.
