The driver of a car that was reported stolen in Monroe County was arrested after the vehicle was spotted outside of Dick’s Sporting Goods in Victor.
Deputies located the driver of the stolen Kia, 20-year-old Ke’Sean Kevin Keanon Chung walking around Eastview Mall and took him into custody.
Chung was charged with criminal possession of stolen property and was released on an appearance ticket for Victor Town Court.
