Police say the driver of a car that was pulled over in Ontario County on a traffic stop refused to identify himself.
During their investigation, deputies determined the driver, Andrew Perry, of Atlanta, was driving an unregistered and uninsured car and without a valid license.
In addition to the traffic citations, Perry was charged with obstruction of governmental administration and will appear in Naples Town Court at a later date.
