The driver of a pickup truck who drove off the road and crashed into trees in Cayuga County was arrested on drunken driving charges.
John Tousant, of Baldwinsville, was charged by the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office after being taken to the Public Safety Building where it was determined he had a blood alcohol content of .09% while driving.
Tousant was released on an appearance ticket for Owasco Town Court.
