A vehicle spotted on the City Pier after closing in the city of Canandaigua resulted in the arrest of the driver.
According to Canandaigua Police, Hannah Lochner was observed in her car while it was parked on the Pier after the park had closed for the night. Lochner was further found to have allegedly driven her car while in an intoxicated condition prior to parking her car.
Lochner was charged with driving while intoxicated and was sent to Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
