The driver involved in a one-car rollover accident that happened on February 8th in Yates County was arrested on Thursday.
Debra Litchfield was traveling east on Leach Road when she went off the road after overcorrecting while going around a curve near Norris Road. Litchfield’s car caught the ditch line, causing it to overturn once and come to rest in a cornfield. Mercy Flight airlifted Litchfield to Strong for shoulder, leg, and back injuries.
On Thursday, the Penn Yan resident was charged with DWAI Drugs and will answer the charge in Torrey Town Court at a later date.
