A Wayne County man was charged with DWI after being found unresponsive in his pickup truck that was found in a field off State Route 14A following an accident at the Yates-Ontario County line.
An investigation determined that 39-year-old Jason Fox of Sodus was impaired when the pickup truck he was driving went off the west side of the road and came to rest in a farmer’s field. Fox was taken to Soldiers and Sailors Hospital.
The Yates County Sheriff’s Office reports additional charges against Fox are pending.
