The Yates County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Dresden woman.
On Wednesday afternoon, deputies responded to Seneca Street in Dresden for the report of a domestic incident. Upon arrival, deputies determined that Jamie Rappleye subjected another woman to unwanted physical contact. Rappleye was charged with harassment.
Rappleye was released on an appearance ticket for Torrey Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
