A Dresden man was ticketed by Penn Yan Police for driving on a license that had been suspended.
53-year-old Shawn Whiting was pulled over for allegedly driving with no lights on just before 1 o’clock Tuesday morning. A check of Whiting’s license revealed it had been suspended.
Whiting was released on tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no headlights
