Dresden Man Arrested on Disorderly Conduct Charge

An altercation in front of a business in the village of Penn Yan resulted in the arrest of a Dresden man.

Justin Allison was observed by a Penn Yan Police Officer engaging in a physical altercation with another person.

Allison was charged with disorderly conduct and was released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
