The investigation into a domestic incident that happened in Seneca Falls resulted in the arrest of a 29-year-old Seneca Falls man.
It was determined that Travis Castle had taken the victim’s phone away, preventing them from contacting the police.
Castle was charged with criminal mischief and was brought to the Seneca County CAP Court to answer the charge.
An order of protection was requested for the victim.
