Domestic Disturbance Leads to Felony Arrest in Seneca Falls

SHARE NOW

A domestic disturbance at a home in Seneca Falls on Friday resulted in the arrest of a 22-year-old woman.

When police arrived on the scene at the home, the suspect, Morgan Kolbeck, had already fled the scene in her car. Kolbeck was located a short time later by police and she was stopped. Kolbeck was subsequently charged with driving while intoxicated. Upon further investigation into the domestic call, it was determined Kolbeck allegedly destroyed a television belonging to the victim. Kolbeck was also charged with felony criminal mischief.

Following her arrest, Kolbeck was taken to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.

An Order of Protection was requested on behalf of the victim.

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Seneca Falls Police Department with the arrest.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
