A Penn Yan man will appear in village court after police say his dog attacked another dog in the Yates County village.
The alleged incident involving the dogs occurred on March 10th.
Justin Dailey was issued an appearance ticket for two separate village ordinances, loose dog and vicious dog, and will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
