A disturbance in the parking lot of a Seneca Falls business Wednesday night resulted in the arrest of a Seneca Falls man.
Devin Meacham-Wheeler is accused of getting into a verbal altercation with employees and another man in the parking lot. Police say the altercation escalated when the 27-year-old allegedly pulled an object from his pocket and came after the victim while yelling. The victim fled into his car and began to drive away while Meacham-Wheeler came to the car attempted to open the car’s locked door and proceeded to punch the window of the car in an attempt to get at the driver. There were no injuries reported and the victim was not damaged.
Meacham-Wheeler was charged with menacing and was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
