A Rochester woman has been arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a bench warrant issued out of East Bloomfield Town Court.
Katia Velez-Roman is accused of failing to appear in court to answer a previous charge of DWI.
After her arrest, Velez-Roman was held for CAP arraignment and will appear at the East Bloomfield Town Court at a later date.
