A Delaware County man has been indicted by an Ontario County Grand Jury on a charge of possessing obscene sexual performance of a child under the age of 16.
40-year-old Geoffrey Gould was arrested on a Superior Court Warrant by the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office.
The Walton resident was brought to Ontario County where at last word he was awaiting CAP arraignment at the county jail.
