An investigation is underway into a one-car accident that happened on Route 14 in the town of Sodus Thursday night.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, Kathleen Thompson, of Oswego, was driving south near Red Mill Road when her car left the road and crashed into a ditch before it ended up on its roof. Thompson had to be extricated from her car and was taken to Rochester General Hospital by Lyons EMS for treatment of minor injuries.
Deputies were assisted at the scene by the Alton Fire Department.
