The investigation into a complaint on County Road 16 in the town of Orange resulted in an arrest.
The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office reports that 28-year-old Logan Cook was charged with criminal contempt following the alleged incident.
Following his arraignment, Cook, of Corning, was released to appear in Orange Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
