A five-time convicted felon has been arrested in Steuben County on two warrants issued out of Superior Court.
63-year-old Keith Graves is on parole for drug sales in the village of Bath. The warrants alleged he sold fentanyl last summer. After Bath Police were granted a no-knock search warrant to Graves’ residence on Buell Street, they claim they found a small amount of drugs and a loaded handgun inside the empty residence.
In addition to felony counts each of criminal possession and sale of a controlled substance, Graves was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, a violent felony. It was unknown if New York State Parole would issue a parole warrant for Graves.
An investigator from the Corning Police Department and Steuben County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the search warrant execution and search.
