A Bath man who is currently on parole for murder is facing new charges in Steuben County.
63 year old Earvin Brown was allegedly found by parole officers to be in possession of two unlawful weapons. Brown was subsequently arrested on two counts of felony criminal possession of a weapon charges. Brown was sent to the Steuben County Jail
Brown was convicted for the 1995 shooting death of his girlfriend in the town of Urbana home they shared.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
