The investigation into a disturbance that happened last month by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office resulted in the arrest on Monday of a 20-year-old village of Clyde resident.
It is alleged that Genoa Jackson was in the basement of the victim, which is in direct violation of a full stay-away order of protection. Jackson had fled the scene by the time police arrived and was unable to be located at the time of the incident.
On Monday, she was charged with criminal contempt and released on an appearance ticket for Galen Town Court.
