A Clyde man is facing charges of harassment and endangering the welfare of a child in Seneca County.
The arrest of 41-year-old Rusty Jock stems from a domestic incident in which he allegedly subjected his victim to unwanted physical contact while a child under the age of 17 was present.
Jock was turned over to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
An Order of Protection was requested for the victim and the child.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
