The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 39-year-old Clyde man.
Derek Shove is accused of violating an Order of Protection by means of making a threat by telephone against a protected party. He was charged with aggravated family offense, a felony, along with misdemeanor charges of criminal contempt and aggravated harassment.
Shove was sent to the Seneca County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
