A Clifton Springs woman was arrested Tuesday morning by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on an active bench warrant.
The warrant for Brianna Tiller’s arrest was issued out of Ontario County Court after she allegedly violated the terms of her probation. The 27-year-old was located by the Rochester Police Department during an unrelated incident and subsequently turned over to Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies.
Tiller was brought to Ontario County Jail for pre-arraignment detention and will return to Ontario County Court at a later date to answer the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
